My husband has Parkinson's Disease and sometimes he has difficulty getting going when he gets out of bed and when the reason for getting is an urgent desire to get to the toilet this can be a problem. These bottles have solved that problem as he can get his urgent need out of the way and then get up slowly and get his "sea legs" in his own time. This has taken away the stress that ocurred during the night or early morning and stress is a big problem for P D sufferers as they shake more and it makes things more difficult. I am very pleased with this purchase and recommend it to anyone in the same circumstances.

Due to a 20+ year chronic bladder issue, I have used urinals like this at night for decades. The two main criteria to look for is to be designed to sit solid and reliable in the bedside cabinet. This unit is the best I've used. The second issue is the length of time the connector to the cap lasts. This one appears to be more reliable than those I've used previously.

I purchased these before and the VA took it away from my husband(?) and didn't return it. You can disinfect these and the plastic doesn't become thin. Other urinals do not have that lasting power! I dropped mine on the tile bathroom floor after cleaning it and it didn't crack or break. These are very durable and you get quality without the big price tag!

I bought these for emergencies in the car for traveling. My boys used them. Invaluable for when you are 50 miles between rest stops on the highway. Caps are not 100% spill proof so make sure you don't tip it over!
